Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Customized or personalized items (e.g., handcrafted name tag pendants) are non-returnable unless faulty.
 
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
