Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Customized or personalized items (e.g., handcrafted name tag pendants) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

• If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
